In 2018, research conducted with some of AT&T’s key business customers highlighted a strategic opportunity to build a distinct AT&T Business brand that represents AT&T’s business products, services, and solutions.
Partnering with the AT&T Strategy team and external agencies including Prophet and BBDO, we developed a bold, unique, and flexible identity system that is appropriate for a wide range of business audiences—from enterprise to small business.
The AT&T Business identity system uses the visual and verbal elements of the core AT&T brand in a unique way to build brand awareness and recognition among business customers, and drive consistency across all communications.
